Hargun Kaur, Psychologist, Coach
Hi everyone. I'm Hargun and I attended Anil sir's Life Transformation Power Coach Certification. I'm so glad that I started my journey of coaching and ICF with him. I was a complete beginner. While some of my peers had 10 to 15 years of corporate experience, their presence really broadened my perception because the kind of topics that came up in the conversation.
And it also made me realize one thing that it doesn't really matter when or where you start as long as you cross the finishing line together, because by graduation, all of us had embodied the capacity and confidence of a coach. What sets Anil Sir's approach apart is that it is fundamentally different from traditional methods of teaching, like by imposing or memorization.
Instead, he focuses on increasing self-awareness, knowledge through experiential and insight based learning, like a light bulb moment and perfectly blending practical application along with theory so that you can see it for yourself. The additional resources and the course library were invaluable for brushing up on my skills.
And the course was very well structured, giving proper time to each and every stage combined with Anil sir's constant handholding and his guidance throughout numerous sessions, which gave me the confidence to navigate any kind of conversation. And Anil sir, he's very observant. So even in a group, you get that special individual attention.
The course title, life Transformation Power Coach is very literal because I saw that gradual yet profound change in myself, like calmness, being responsive rather than reactive, and knowing that, you know, there's so much more than one's story, you know, and the skills that I learned, like active listening, being there for the other person, using your emotions as a frame of reference, and I loved the beliefs and values identification part the most.
And these are all powerful tools that have really helped me in my professional as well as my personal life. Now at last, speaking to Anil sir's character, he's an incredible, ethical, professional, and transparent man. He is very reasonable. He doesn't beat around the bush and he delivers exactly what he promised.
And, I'm so glad I could not have asked for a better mentor than him, and I am blessed to have been in his presence.
